Terpsourced strictly operates on a replacement-only policy for all wholesale transactions. We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.

All our sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. By placing any wholesale order with Terpsourced, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

Eligibility for Replacement

We approve a product replacement only under the following specific conditions:

  • The product has arrived damaged during transit
  • The product has a previously verified manufacturing defect
  • In case any incorrect product was delivered

All other claims falling outside the above conditions are not entertained in our replacement policy.

Non-Returnable Items

These are not eligible for any return or replacement:

  • Any products without verified damage or defect
  • Any products returned due to buyer preference or slow retail movement
  • An opened or partially used product (unless defect-related)
  • Any products stored improperly soon after delivery
  • Any orders placed under restricted jurisdictions

All wholesale buyers are responsible for verifying these product specifications before initiating their purchase.





Return & Replacement Process

To qualify for a replacement, the following steps must be completed:

1. Notify Us Within 48 Hours

You must contact our support team at info@terpsourced.com within 48 hours of delivery.

In your email, do include

  • Your Specific Order Number
  • A Detailed Description of the Issue
  • A Clear Photographic or Video Evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Do Include Photos of the outer packaging (if shipping damage is claimed)

It is important to note that failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in the denial of the claim.

2. Claim Review & Approval

Our team will promptly review your claim and determine the eligibility of your issue.

If approved your claim is approved, you will receive:

  • Confirmation of Return authorization 
  • Instructions for Return shipping 
  • The designated return address

Kindly note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipment

After receiving any authorization from our side:

  • You must ship the product back using a trackable shipping method.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Products must be returned in the condition received, including original packaging where it is applicable.

4. Replacement Shipment

After careful inspection of the returned product, Terpsourced will instantly ship your replaced product. During the process

  • Terpsourced will cover the shipping cost for the replacement shipment.
  • Replacement is always subject to inventory availability.
  • If the exact product is unavailable at the moment, we may offer a comparable substitute product at our discretion.

Damaged in Transit

If your shipment has arrived visibly damaged. Do this

  • Took a photograph of the package before opening
  • Carefully document all internal damage immediately
  • Immediately retain all packaging materials

Kindly note that carrier damage at that moment should be borne by the buyer

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for transit-related issues.

Terpsourced will assist in filing claims when applicable, but resolution is subject to carrier investigation policies.

Wholesale Compliance Notice

Because Terpsourced operates in hemp-derived and THC wholesale markets:

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring products are lawful in their destination state.
  • Orders placed in violation of state regulations are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Terpsourced to resolve an issue may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent termination of wholesale access
  • Legal recovery of disputed funds

We encourage direct communication before escalating disputes.
